Important medical clarity

Discuss the wellness programme with your doctor before taking part

The fruit-and-vegetable diet is a low-calorie plan based on vegetables, fruit, berries, greens, juices, water-based soups, fermented foods and herbal drinks. The wellness programme does not replace medical treatment, and results vary from person to person.

Which meal plan is right for you?

The centre describes its fruit-and-vegetable plan as 600–800 kcal per day. This is a highly restrictive approach, not a recommendation for self-directed dieting. Participation requires individual medical assessment and appropriate clinical supervision; do not change prescribed medication yourself. Discuss allergies, intolerances and dietary restrictions before booking.

When contacting us, agree on your meal plan and written terms for the guarantee: lose 5 kg in 14 days or receive 50% of the cost back.
