Guarantee conditions
- For the first 10 participants of the next group staying for 14 full days. The administrator confirms participation before booking.
- Complete the agreed wellness programme. Agree on the weighing procedure and refund process with the administrator before booking.
- The refund is issued after the wellness programme, not deducted from the payment in advance.
- Any promotional discount you have already received is counted towards the refund. Your final cost is 50% of the original wellness programme and accommodation price. Paid extras remain payable in full.
