During my time at Zhyttiedar, my joint mobility improved, the rashes on my face decreased, my weight decreased and I felt lighter throughout my body. The staff were polite and kind. Thank you! I recommend Zhyttiedar to everyone!

This was my first visit, recommended by an acquaintance. I arrived with vascular disease and excess weight. During my stay at Zhyttiedar I lost 6 kg and my health felt much better. Exercise and walking helped me become more mobile and feel better. I plan to visit this wonderful place again for my health.

Thank you to Henia and Yulia for this guesthouse. My daughter persuaded me to try it. This is my second visit. We stayed in January and I lost 5 kg. By mid-October I had lost 10 kg in total. I also do Nordic walking at home. I feel much better. Thank you very much!
