Zhyttiedar is a wellness centre where caring for your health begins with everyday habits. Food, suitable activity, rest and team support come together in one stay.
For more than fifteen years, our team worked in food service, from a student canteen to a café and a large restaurant. Our cooks and hospitality staff gained experience in Ukrainian, European and Chinese cuisine.
In 2004, dietary cooking became a dedicated focus. Practical experience shaped the menus, while specialists attended training and workshops at similar centres in Europe. The centre’s purpose is wellbeing: attention to how you feel, eat, move and rest. Weight loss is part of that experience. New habits are easier to explore when everyday arrangements are already taken care of.
