Anonymous statistics—only if you choose

Off by default. In the footer you can separately allow or disable aggregate counters and estimate/enquiry steps. A random code is created for the current calculator or application page only: it is not saved in your browser or linked to other pages, contacts or applications, and is removed from the database after 93 days. We store the day, start and last-signal times, language, section, broad referral source, individual or group plan, reached step and general error type. Field values, names, contacts, IP addresses, full URLs, body measurements and screen recordings are not included in these statistics. Private guest, measurement and dashboard pages are not tracked. Consent stays in your browser. Previous aggregate-counter consent does not enable the new reports; a new choice is required. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected, and owner visits are excluded. Withdrawing consent stops new collection.

Answer feedback and your questions

Clicking answer feedback sends only the answer number, language, broad referral source and anonymous rating, without contacts or a page-visit code. The separate question form requires your consent: its text, topic, language and date are stored privately in the centre database while needed for review. Do not include personal or medical information. Questions are not automatically published; this form does not provide a personal reply. For a personal conversation, use the phone or callback form. Spam protection uses a temporary one-way hash of the network address; it is not attached to your question and expires when the next request performs cleanup.

My first week at home

Your habit, starting date, daily check-ins and notes, weekly reflection and general notes are saved only in this browser after you choose “Save on this device”. They are not sent to the centre, synced between devices or included in applications or links. Entries remain until you delete them or clear browser data; private browsing may erase them when the window closes. Other users of the same browser on a shared device could read them. Do not enter medical or other sensitive information. On the plan page you can download a copy, turn off saving and remove the local copy, or delete all entries.

Your saved choices

Quiz answers, room preferences, interesting menu items and the estimate are saved in your browser only when you press Save. They do not create a request for staff. Body measurements are not saved or included in your plan or application.

Links and PDFs contain only the estimate by default. If you choose to include preferences for family, they contain quiz answers, room preferences and selected menu items. Anyone with that link can read them. They do not automatically enter the application. Delete local saved information on My stay plan.

What you provide

For nutritionist registration or schedule notifications: your name, phone, type of conversation, selected time and an optional question. For callback requests: your name, phone and an optional question or convenient time. For stay applications: your name, phone or email, chosen response method, preferred date, room, duration, party size, selected paid services and optional preferences. Do not send medical documents, diagnoses or other sensitive data through the form.

Why we need it

To respond, arrange nutritionist calls or meetings, notify you about their schedule, arrange your stay and keep track of applications. Form consent is not consent to marketing emails.

Where an application is stored

In the website database, accessed through a protected dashboard by authorised centre administrators. When Gmail is connected, a copy goes to the centre’s configured address. If you choose email, the administrator can respond from the dashboard using the centre’s Gmail account. Drafts and sent-message history are stored privately in the website database; Google also processes the emails. After sync is activated, text replies in registered application conversations are also stored in the protected dashboard; attachments remain in Gmail. Confirmed-stay reminders are sent only after staff approval. A private stay link shows agreed details without contact information or internal notes; do not forward it to others. Requests through this link do not automatically change arrangements.

How to correct or remove information

Call +38 (096) 325-42-80 and provide your application reference or the contact used. We will review correction or removal requests with stay recordkeeping requirements in mind.

Your review

After approval by the centre, your display name, rating, text, optional stay month and the centre’s reply are public. Your optional phone or email is available only to authorised administrators for review follow-up and is never published. Reviews are stored privately until approved. To request a correction or removal, call the centre and give your review reference. Do not include medical or other people’s private information in your text.

Interactive tools and stay plan

Quiz answers and estimates are saved only when you choose, in this browser. Room preferences are not sent to the team. Body measurements are not stored or added to applications or links. A plan link contains only room, duration, services and calculation settings. Delete saved data on the My stay plan page.

Reading preferences

Larger-text and no-animation preferences are stored only in your device’s browser. They contain no personal information and are not sent to the centre.

Online meetings

The team shares the platform and joining link privately after confirmation. The platform’s privacy rules apply when you open it. Other group participants may see your name, voice or video. Do not discuss personal medical information in a group meeting.

External videos and links

Videos play directly on this website and load only when you choose to watch—no social-media sign-in. Links to original posts open external services with their own cookie and privacy policies.
